A great sauce is a secret weapon to make any main ingredients that much better.

This Thai-style Dipping Sauce takes about 5 minutes to make with only a few flavor-packed ingredients.

What you can dip in it had endless possibility (we’ve listed some favorites below).

One taste of this tangy, sweet sauce and you’ll be hooked.

    Sweet & Tangy Dipping Sauce

Made with signature flavors in Thai food dishes, it’s an exotic sauce perfect for ordinary dishes like chicken wings.

From finger foods to grilled meats, everything tastes better with the sauce added!

    Recipe Ingredients

Distilled White Vinegar – this stronger vinegar this ingredient adds the tang to balance the sweet for a mouthwatering sauce.

Turbinado Sugar – it’s a less processed sugar cane sugar, turbinado has larger granules, and retains some of the molasses giving it a richer flavor perfect for this recipe.

fresh Ginger root – a signature flavor adding an exotic tropical aspect.

Red Pepper Flakes – a little bit of fiery spice. Not enough to really call the sauce ‘spicy’ but enough to make it a bit fiesty.

fresh Cilantro – another signature flavor in Thai cuisine.

Want it spicier? Add a bit of sriracha to meet your heat preference.

I’m craving Asian food now. I tired of using the same ole dipping sauce. I know hubby will be wanting to use sriracha sauce as well to bring up the heat.
