However for those choosing not to to have a cocktail, Blackberry Mint Agua Fresca is a fantastic choice!
Try Agua de Pina (pineapple water) or Mango Agua Fresca too.

What is Agua Fresca?
Agua Frescas are ‘fresh waters’ made of fruits, flowers, or seeds mixed with water, a bit of sweetener to make a lightly-flavored non-alcoholic drink that is very refreshing.
They are incredibly easy to make and the combinations are limitless!
This delicious Champagne Mango-Lime Agua Fresca recipe is another favorite ague fresca recipe.
Made with Champagne Mangoes, also called Ataulfo Mangos, it has a tropical taste and gorgeous orange color.
Blackberry Agua Fresca Ingredients
Water. Use filtered water if possible. The flavor quality of the water will effect the end flavor of the agua fresca recipe.
Blackberries. Use fresh blackberries.
Lime juice. You’ll need the juice of one lime. I use a handheld juicer which extracts the juice quickly and easily.
Mint leaves. Use fresh mint leaves.
Agave nectar. Used to sweeten the agua fresca. Granulated sugar or honey can also be substituted. Depending on the sweetness of the blackberries, more agave nectar may be needed than the recipe indicates.
How to make Agua Fresca
STEP 1. Blend
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until completely pureed.
STEP 2. Strain
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any berry seeds and mint leaves.
STEP 3. Serve!
Serve over ice.
How to store Agua Fresca
Store in a sealed glass jar or container (preferably) for up to 72 hours.
Do not add ice to the drink when storing. As the ice melts it will dilute the agua fresca.
Use ice in serving glasses only.

That drink looks tasty! Blackberries and mint together sure look like a winner to me. This drink can also be tweaked to use whatever fruit you have on hand, but I still think the blackberries and mint is the best combination.
