As with every holiday there are usually tons of Easter leftovers; especially in the ham and hard-boiled egg department. Today I wanted to share a some favorite, delicious recipes to help you work through those leftovers, making dishes just as wonderful as your Easter feast! I’m including some recipes from talented colleagues as well with any notes to make the recipes gluten-free.

      So many great recipes here Toni! I especially think the nachos and the Easter Candy Bark sound perfect!
      My favorite recipe to make with our Easter leftovers is Ham Cheddar Chowder (on my blog). My youngest was asking me today if I would make that this week with our leftover ham.

        That sounds delicious Michelle! I am whipping up another leftover dish today. Since we only have ham really once to twice a year, it’s a totally different inspiration than what we eat most of the time.
