Ingredients

Sear Chicken

Add chicken thighs skin down in the bottom of the pan. Allow to cook for 8 minutes.

Flip Chicken

Turn the chicken thighs over and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Remove from pan to a plate; set aside.

Add Sausages

Add the sausages to the  pan. Cook until lightly browned on each side. Remove and set aside.

Add Bacon

Add the bacon to the pan. Sauté to render the fat only (about 3 minutes).

Add Onions

Add the onions to the pan and sauté until the onions begin to turn translucent.

Add Vegetables

Add the carrots, celery, parsley, herbes de Provence, beans and chicken stock; stir to combine.

Add Bacon Back in

Add the bacon to the pot; stir to combine.

Add Chicken and Sausages 

Add the chicken thighs and sausage into the stew so they are covered.

Add Breadcrumbs

Add breadcrumbs with garlic to the top of the stew. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
