Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons shallots minced
  • 1 rounded tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 1/3 cup parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into the blender and process into a creamy dressing. Chill to thicken dressing before serving if desired.
  • Alternatively the ingredients can be shaken together in a jar or stirred together instead of using a blender.
