- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons shallots minced
- 1 rounded tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1/3 cup parsley finely chopped
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
Add all ingredients into the blender and process into a creamy dressing. Chill to thicken dressing before serving if desired.
Alternatively the ingredients can be shaken together in a jar or stirred together instead of using a blender.
