Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 3 dried Red Chilies , roughly pounded
  • ½ cup liquid Honey
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce {note: if gluten-free substitute Gluten-Free Tamari}
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Paste
  • 1 ½ pounds skinless , boneless Chicken Chunks
  • Vegetable Oil for basting

Instructions

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes.
  • Turn once and baste with oil. Roast for another 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot.
