dried Red Chilies
, roughly pounded

liquid Honey
Juice of 1 Lemon

teaspoon
Soy Sauce {note: if gluten-free substitute Gluten-Free Tamari}

Garlic Paste
1 ½

skinless
, boneless Chicken Chunks
Vegetable Oil for basting
Instructions
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes.
Turn once and baste with oil. Roast for another 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot.
