This delicious easy Mango Salsa is perfect for dipping chips or as a relish on roasted or grilled meats. Only a few flavor-packed ingredients are needed.
2largeMangoesripe yet firm, peeled, pit removed; chopped into ½ inch cubes
1medium-large Jalapeno Chile Pepperde-stemmed, seeded and diced
1/2cupchopped Red Onion
¼cupfresh Lime Juice
1/4cupCilantrochopped
Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl: mangoes, jalapeno peppers, red onion, lime juice and cilantro.
Stir to fully combine and salt to tate. Serve with salty tortilla chips!

Ingredient notesChoose mangoes that are ripe but still firm for easiest cutting into pieces.*Chile peppers can vary greatly in heat. I suggest adding a few tablespoons of chile pepper to the salsa, stir to combine and taste.
