Teriyaki sauce (regular or gluten-free)
Soy sauce (regular or gluten-free)
Rice vinegar

Make the marinade
Whisk together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and brown sugar.

Marinate the salmon
Place the salmon in a zipper top bag with 1/4 cup of the marinade. Coat and marinate for 30 minutes.

Bake salmon
Place salmon in the prepared pan with the marinade from bag. Cook for 12 minutes.

Reduce the sauce
While the salmon cooks simmer the remaining marinade over low heat to thicken.

Brush the salmon with sauce
Brush the cooked salmon with the thickened sauce before serving.
