Sear shrimp
In a large Dutch oven or skillet heat olive oil. Add shrimp and spices. Sear 1 minute.

Flip and sear opposite side
Flip the shrimp over and sear 1 minute. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add passata and spices
Add the passata or tomato sauce and spices. Stir and bring to a low simmer for 6 minutes.

Add shrimp
Add shrimp, toss to coat and cook 1-2 minutes until shrimp are cooked through. Serve over rice or pasta.
