Easy RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

Combine

In a medium sauce pan combine the sugar and water.

Add raspberries

Stir in the fresh raspberries.

Simmer

Simmer over medium heat, mashing the berries while they cook. Remove from heat to fully cool.

Strain

Place a fine mesh sieve over a bowl. Pour the mixture into the strainer.

Use a spatula

Push the mixture into the strainer using a pliable spatula.

Discard seeds

Discard the seeds left in the strainer.

Blend

Add the oil, vinegar, yogurt, mustard, salt and raspberry puree to blend. Blend until fully incorporated.
