Cheesy Hot Crab Dip

Old Bay seasoning
WHAT YOU NEED
Lump Crab meat
Sliced baguette or crackers (for serving)
fresh chopped Chives (garnish)
Hot Crab Dip
Beat the cream cheese
Using a hand held mixer or stand mixer, beat the room temperature cream cheese until smooth.
Add mayo and spices
Add the mayonnaise and spices. Beat until combined.
Add crab + more
Stir in the lump crab, onion and half of the shredded cheese.
Stir mixture to combine
Gently stir the ingredients to fully combine.
Add to baking dish
Spoon the dip mixture into an 8-inch cast iron skillet or baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees
Top with rest of cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil, bake 15 minutes more.
Cool and serve
Remove from oven when the cheese has become golden on edges. Cool briefly, garnish and serve!
