Grilled Chicken CAESAR SALAD

Make the light dressing

Combine light sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, anchovy paste, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.

Grill chicken

Brush chicken with herb olive oil and grill at 350 for 3 minutes a side, rotating to get grill marks. Remove and rest.

Grill bread

Brush baguette slices with herb olive oil and grill for 30-60 seconds per side. Remove.

Grill the lettuce

Slice the lettuce hearts lengthwise and brush with herb olive oil. Grill for a few minutes just until grill marks appear.

Rest the lettuce

Remove lettuce from grill and let it sit for a few mintues.

Assemble

Slice the lettuce and chicken. Cut bread into pieces. Combine in a bowl and toss with dressing and parmesan cheese! Serve!
