Pre bake pie crust

Pre-bake pie crust (store bought or homemade). Set aside and make filling.

Mix tomatoes

In a bowl mix together the tomatoes. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic and basil. Let sit for 10 mintues.

Layer the crust with breadcrumbs and cheese, tomato mixture, ending with the breadcrumbs.

Bake until warmed through; 20-30 minutes. Serve!
