Cook the bacon

Cook the chopped bacon in a 12-inch skillet until done. Drain.

Saute onions and garlic

Saute the onions in the skillet followed by garlic.

Cook ground beef

Brown the ground beef with spices until no pink remains.

Add remaining ingredients

Add half the cheese, corn, Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and milk.

Cook 5 minutes

Stir together and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add tater tots

Add frozen tater tots in a single layer.

Bake 30 minutes

Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees until tater tots are golden and crisp.

Add cheese

Add the rest of the cheese, bake 10 more minutes. Allow to rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
