Classic CHERRIES JUBILEE

Soak cherries

Combine sweet cherries and Kirsh for 1 hour. Add to a skillet with sugar and lemon juice. Bring to boil.

Flambe

Pour brandy into skillet. Light with a long match or utility lighter. Remove from heat if on gas.

Let flames die out

Cook until flames die out. 2-3 mintues.

Serve

Spoon the hot boozy cherries over ice cream, on crepes, etc.
