Beat eggs

Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl.

Add half & half

Whisk in the half & half.

Slice challah

Slice challah bread into 1-inch thick slices. Add berries in between slices.

Pour

Pour egg mixture onto challah coating in between slices.

Bake

Bake for 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven until exterior is crispy and interior is custardy.

Serve

Serve with warm maple syrup.
