Spaghetti noodles
Peperoncino peppers or red pepper flakes
Garlic
Cherry tomatoes

WHAT YOU NEED
Cook spaghetti
Prepare the spaghetti to package instructions for 'al dente' doneness. Do not rinse or drain when done!

Thinly slice garlic
Slice garlic cloves into thin slices. If using a fresh pepper remove membrane and slice.

A simple sauce
After 10 minutes the garlic should be soft and fragrant and the tomatoes soft.

Add the cooked spaghetti
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with tongs (don't rinse or drain) with 1/2 cup of the cooking water.

Toss and serve!
Toss the ingredients together and serve hot with Parmesan cheese on top (optional).
