White Sangria

This Pear White Sangria is perfect for the winter months. Delicious flavors of pear, cinnamon, cloves, apple brandy and white wine!

Ingredients

  • 1 750-ml bottle dry white wine
  • ¼ cup apple brandy
  • 1 ½ cups pear juice or pear nectar
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 pears rinsed and thinly sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 1 ½ cups Gingerale or Ginger Beer
  • Ice
  • Pear slices and rosemary sprigs as a garnish

Instructions

  • In a tall pitcher or glass jar combine the white wine, brandy, pear juice, lime juice, pear slices, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Fill the glasses with ice, fill until ¾ full with the sangria and top with the gingerale or ginger beer. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pear slices.
