  • 1/3 cup Fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large pinch Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Serrano or Thai chili thinly sliced


  • Combine all ingredients in a jar. Stir until the sugar dissolved.
  • Can sit up to 8 hours at room temperature after making. Or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
