- ¾ cup White Vinegar
- ¾ cup Turbinado Sugar granulated sugar can be substituted if needed
- 1 1-inch piece fresh Ginger peeled and diced (approximately 2 teaspoons)
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fresh Cilantro diced
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine white vinegar, sugar and ginger. Cook until sugar dissolves approximately 5 minutes.
Add red pepper flakes and cilantro.
Allow to cool slightly before serving (serve at room temperature not hot).
