- 2 large boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Honey Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Balck pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create four thin chicken breasts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey mustard, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and onion powder.
Spread the mixture on both sides of each chicken breast and place it in the prepared baking dish.
Top all the chicken with the Parmesan cheese and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
