  • 2 large boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Balck pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan Cheese


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create four thin chicken breasts.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey mustard, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and onion powder.
  • Spread the mixture on both sides of each chicken breast and place it in the prepared baking dish.
  • Top all the chicken with the Parmesan cheese and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
