5-Minute Smoked Paprika Garlic Bean Dip

This easy dip is packed with protein and smoky, zesty flavor perfect for dipping vegetables, crackers and chips.  Common pantry ingredients are always on hand to whip the dip in in 5 minutes!

  • 1 15.5-ounce can Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 2 large Garlic Cloves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt


  • Add all ingredients to a mini chopper, food processor or blender and puree. 
  • Serve with vegetables, crackers and or chips.
