Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat. Spray lightly with non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stirring to fully combine ingredients, coat the nuts and allow the sugar to dissolve. Spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes stirring one to two times during baking to coat the nuts. Allow to cool fully on pan. NOTE: nuts will be soft when taken out of the oven but will become crisp when cooled. Break nuts apart and store in a sealed container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
