The Spicy Maiden cocktail: Spicy Pineapple Rum Cocktail

A little hint: when first blending the cocktail the jalapeno can be mild. If you would like it spicier out of the shoot, allow the muddled jalapenos to sit with the lime and pineapple juice about 10 minutes before mixing and serving the drink. If you are a sipper, you’ll note a big difference from your first sip to the last; the infusion of the jalapeno really kicks it up a notch the longer they sit in the cocktail!
