Blueberry Mint Daiquiris

This seasonal cocktail is bursting with flavors of blueberry, lime and mint. Easily made into an alcohol-free 'mocktail' by swapping the rum for limeade and/or water. A thick, creamy, refreshing celebration of summer.

  • 1 ½ cups frozen Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Agave Nectar
  • Juice from ½ Lime
  • 3 ounces Light Rum
  • 2 ounces prepared Limeade , naturally sweetened
  • 2 ounces Water
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • ½ cup Crushed Ice


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Should a thinner consistency be desired, additional water and/or limeade may be added.
