Blueberry Mint Daiquiris
This seasonal cocktail is bursting with flavors of blueberry, lime and mint. Easily made into an alcohol-free 'mocktail' by swapping the rum for limeade and/or water. A thick, creamy, refreshing celebration of summer.

1 ½ cups frozen Blueberries 2 tablespoons Agave Nectar Juice from ½ Lime 3 ounces Light Rum 2 ounces prepared Limeade , naturally sweetened 2 ounces Water 6 Mint leaves ½ cup Crushed Ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Should a thinner consistency be desired, additional water and/or limeade may be added.
