Vanilla Wafer Rose Marshmallow White Chocolate Oven S’Mores
I'm not sure what is the most fun about these S'mores; that you can make them in the oven, the pink rose-flavored marshmallows, the white chocolate, vanilla wafers or that they are done in less than 3 minutes. They are a great surprise for a special occasion such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, as well as any day a fun treat would be welcome. Could be made easily in a toaster oven as well.

1barWhite Chocolate, two small squares or enough to cover a Vanilla Wafer (1 3.5-ounce bar makes 12 S'mores with two small squares of chocolate per S'More; see photos)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Determine the number of s'mores you will make. Place one Vanilla Wafer, round side down, onto the baking sheet leaving an inch between each one.
On top of the wafer, on the flat side, place the white chocolate followed by a marshmallow. Place the pan in the oven (carefully as the wafers will rock when moved). Bake of 2 1/2 minutes or until the mashmallows have puffed up and begin the turn golden on the edges. Note: if using larger marshmallows, allow them to cook 3 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and carefully remove the s'mores, transferring them to a serving plate. Place the top wafer on the cooked s'more, flat side down, and squeeze a bit to secure the top cookie.
