Spicy Sriracha Hummus
All you need is a food processor or blender to whip up this flavor-packed dip in 5 minutes! Make vegetables exciting again!
Servings 4 (makes 1-1/2 cups hummus total)
- 1 15-ounce can Garbanzo Beans , drained
- 1 medium Garlic Clove , peeled
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon ground Cumin
- 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and process until pureed. Drizzle with a bit of extra olive oil when serving. Serve with vegetables and crackers for dipping.
Keep sealed in the refrigerator for up to a week.
