Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter softened
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, using a hand mixer, (or a stand mixer with whisk attachment) whip the butter for 2 minutes. All chunks should be gone and the butter have a light and fluffy texture.
  • Add the honey, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Continue mixing on medium to high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely combined and the texture is smooth and creamy.
  • Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
NOTE: The butter may get hard in the refrigerator, a quick whip with a hand mixer will bring the butter back to a light and fluffy texture.

Notes

NOTE: Do not allow the butter to sit for too long at room temperature as the honey will begin to separate from the butter. If this happens mix the butter again to combine.
