Ingredients

  • ½ cup quality chocolate melting wafers
  • 12 standard size marshmallows
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate to package instructions in a small dish.
  • Pour the sprinkles out so you're easily able to access them when they are needed.
  • One at a time, dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate, about half way down, and then add the sprinkles on top.
  • Set the coated marshmallows on a sheet of parchment or wax paper while the chocolate sets up.
  • Repeat with the rest of the marshmallows.

Ingredient Notes
Melting Wafers. We recommend using these because they melt easily and harden well.
We recommend Ghirardelli brand for white chocolate or dark chocolate. Guittard is another excellent brand for semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate or bittersweet chocolate.
Colored wafers are available in many brands including Wilton.
Sprinkles. Any will work. We love Sprinkle Pop sprinkle mixes (available on Amazon). These are the Easter sprinkles used in the photos.
