This easy Italian chicken recipe is full of delicious seasonings, marinara sauce and gooey mozzarella cheese. It's a fast and fabulous dinner recipe any time.
4boneless skinless chicken breastsapproximately 8-10 ounces each
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
1teaspoonblack pepper
1cupmarinara sauce
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the garlic powder, Italian seasoning and black pepper in a small bowl; mix together.
Add the chicken breasts to a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish. Brush with the olive oil on both sides.
Season both sides of the chicken with with the mixed spices.
Spoon the marinara sauce over the top of the chicken. Sprikle with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Cook for 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees internal temperature.
