  • 1 ½ pound medium cooked frozen shrimp tails removed
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • ¼ chopped celery
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 6 - 8 sliced Hot Dog Buns
  • 2 Tablespoon chives for garnish optional


  1. Thaw shrimp in refrigerator overnight or fill shrimp bag with cold water and let sit for several minutes.
  2. Combine shrimp, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Butter each bun and toast under broiler for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Fill Buns with salad and garnish with chives if desired.
