Iced Coffee Soda

Coffee soda is a wonderful way to enjoy chilled coffee with a refreshing carbonation. Prepared coffee and homemade simple syrup are whipped up and chilled to be combined with club soda.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces prepared Coffee , chilled
  • 4 ounces chilled Club Soda
  • Simple Syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

Instructions for making simple syrup:

  • Combine 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a low boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  • Once sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and allow to cool fully. Maybe be stored sealed in the refrigerator.

Instructions for making Coffee Soda:

  • Fill a tall 12-14 ounce glass with ice.
  • Pour in the coffee and club soda; add simple syrup to taste (usually 1-2 tablespoons).

Notes

The nutritional ingredient do not include simple syrup as that is added to taste.
  • All ingredients should be kept chilled and ready to pour when the mood strikes.
  • Additional servings may be made using the same proportions as the single serving listed in the ingredients.
