Making curly fries at home is a cinch with a spiralizer. It takes mere minutes to prepare the potatoes for baking. Baking the fries versus deep frying them allows a healthier option too!

1poundRusset Potatoes(approximately 2 medium-large potatoes), scrubbed (do not peel)
2tablespoonsOlive Oil
1teaspoonHot Smoked Paprika
1/2teaspoonOnion Powder
1/2teaspoonGarlic Powder
1teaspoonKosher Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line two large baking sheets with sides with parchment paper or foil (with dull side up). Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Process the potatoes with a spiralizer ¼-inch or 5mm blade into a large mixing bowl. Note: the long spirals may be left intact or cut into smaller lengths as desired
Combine the spices into a small bowl and mix together.
Drizzle the potatoes with the olive oil and spices; toss with your hands to coat.
Divide potatoes between the two prepared pans and spread them out to be a single layer only.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, flip the potatoes over and bake an additional 10 minutes (check after 5 minutes after flipping them so they do not over brown). NOTE: If baking both pans at once, switch the pans in the oven (location) after flipping the potatoes.
