Ingredients

  • 1 8- ounce package Cream Cheese , room temperature or softened
  • 4- ounces Goat Cheese , room temperature
  • 4 ounces shredded Gouda Cheese , room temperature (1/2 cup)
  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter , room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced Scallions
  • 1 teaspoon plus 1 tablespoon dried Dill Weed

Instructions

  • Combine the cream cheese, goat cheese, gouda, butter and Worcestershire sauce in the bowl of stand mixer equipped with the paddle attachment and mix on medium until fully combined and fluffy. Alternatively, a hand mixer can be used.
  • Add the scallions and 1 teaspoon dried dill weed and mix in on low.
  • Scrape the mixture out of the mixing bowl onto a piece of plastic wrap, shape roughly into a ball (will be reshaped when chilled) and wrap tightly. Chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Remove from refrigerator, shape into a ball and roll to cover with dill. Serve with crackers.
