Roasted BRUSSELS SPROUT SALAD

Roast

Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Crispy

Roast for 15 minutes until crispy. Remove from oven.

Shallot dressing

Combine salad dressing ingredients in a jar.

Shake

Shake jar to combine the ingredients and set aside.

Greens

Add the baby arugula or salad greens to a bowl or serving platter.

Add sprouts

Add the warm Brussels sprouts.

Apples + Pecans

Add the sliced apple and pecans.

Bleu cheese + cranberries

Add the blue cheese and dried cranberries.

Dressing

Toss in dressing or serve on the side.
