Easy RASPBERRY SAUCE

Combine

In a medium sauce pan combine the sugar, water and cornstarch.

Add raspberries

Stir in the fresh raspberries.

Heat

Cook on the stovetop over medium heat until the mixture starts to boil. Stir to breakdown the berries.

Strain

Place a fine mesh sieve over a bowl. Pour the mixture into the strainer.

Use a spatula

Push the mixture into the strainer using a pliable spatula.

Discard seeds

Discard the seeds left in the strainer.

Chill

Put the raspberry sauce into a jar. Allow to cool slightly, seal and cool fully in the refridgerator.
