Combine sugar and oil

Add both sugars to a bowl along with the oil. Whisk together.

Add egg

Whisk in the egg.

Add baking powder

Stir in the baking powder.

Add half the flour

Stir in half of the flour.

Add the milk

Stir in the milk.

Add remaining flour

Stir in the remaining flour.

Fold in raspberries

Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.

Bake and cool

Fill donut pan cavitites each 3/4 full. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool in the pan then on a wire rack.

Glaze

When the donuts are fully cooled, make the glaze and dip the donuts. Allow glaze to set before eating.
