Delicious layered pumpkin pie filling with a cheesecake swirl on shortbread crust.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Spray a 9-inch by 13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut together the flour, butter and sugar until crumbly.
Add to pan
Pour crust mixture into prepared pan.
Press and bake
Press into a crust. Bake 20 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Pumpkin pie layer
Whisk together pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and spices.
Pour pumpkin layer on crust.
Smooth pumpkin layer to edges of pan.
Spoon lines of cheesecake mixture over pumpkin layer.
Drag a knife or skewer through the mixture to create a design.
Bake 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool on rack then chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours before cutting.
