Combine all sauce ingredients and whisk together. Toss the chicken with cornstarch.

Sear the chicken

Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken.

Cook chicken for 4 minutes

Cook the chicken for 4 minutes until it is white but not cooked all the way through.

Add sauce

Add the sauce ingredients; toss to coat. Cook 3 minutes.

Add chicken broth

Pour in the chicken broth. Cook 4-6 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Serve over rice!
