Add tomatoes and spices

Add the tomatoes, garlic and spices to the Instant Pot.

Add onion

Add the onions and jalapeno pepper.

Add chicken

Add the chicken breasts.

Add chicken stock

Pour in the chicken stock.

Pressure cook

Seal the Instant Pot and cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 7 minutes. Follow with Quick Release (manual).

Shred the chicken

Remove the chicken. Shred with 2 forks and return to the Instant Pot. Stir in fresh cilantro and lime juice.

Serve and top

Spoon into serving bowls and top with rice, avocado, torn cilantro, tortilla chips and/or diced onion.
