Grilled Greek STEAK KEBABS

Marinade

Combine Greek yogurt, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper in blender.

Blend

Blend until smooth.

Combine

Combine cubed steak with 1/2 cup of the marinade.

Toss

Toss to coat. Allow to sit at room temperature 20 minutes.

Make skewers

Thread marinated steak onto skewers.

Grill

Place skewers on a pre-heated, clean and oiled grill.

Grill

Grill for 10 minutes on medium-high heat rotating every few minutes on all sides.

Rest and Serve

Remove from the grill and rest skewers for 5 minutes. Serve with the remaining yogurt sauce for dipping.
