Fresh PEACH MUFFINS

Sugar + Butter + Oil

In a large bowl whisk together sugar, melted butter and vegetable oil.

Milk + Eggs + Vanilla

Whisk in milk, eggs and vanilla extract until combined.

Dry ingredients

Whisk in flour and baking powder until almost combined.

Peaches

Fold in fresh chopped peaches.

Fill muffin tin

Scoop batter into prepared muffin tin filling each cavity.

Add streusel topping

Sprinkle streusel topping on top of each muffin batter.

Bake

Bake 5 minutes at 425 degrees. Lower temperature and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Cool

Cool completely and serve.
