Wet ingredients

Combine the wet ingredients and whisk. Add sugar and whisk to combine.

Add dry ingredients

Add the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.

Bake

Add batter to prepared muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Cool

Remove from oven and allow to fully cool.

Chocolate Ganache

Combine chopped chocolate with hot cream. Allow to sit then stir together.

Make Filling

Combine 1/3 cup of the ganache with chopped roasted hazelnuts for cupcake filling.

Whipped frosting

Beat the remaining ganache until light and fluffy.

Fill cupcakes

Remove a small portion of the cupcake center. Fill with filling. Replace the removed cake and frost.

Top

Top with an unwrapped Ferrero Rocher chocolate.
